This Data Policy explains how Learn2Pro ExpertsHub collects, stores, and manages data.
1. Data Collected
We collect:
- User registration data
- Transaction references
- Webinar attendance data
- Platform usage metrics
2. Data Storage
Data is stored securely using:
- LMS platform databases
- Encrypted cloud services
- Access-controlled systems
3. Data Retention
- User and transaction data is retained for compliance and audit purposes
- Instructor and contractual data is retained for a minimum of 5 years
4. Data Access
Only authorized roles (Founder, Admin, Support) may access data, based on role permissions.
5. Data Deletion
Users may request account deletion. Some data may be retained where legally required.
